Using the service

Ziziba provides farm recordkeeping, chat assistance, reports and reminders. Use the service lawfully and only for farms and information you are authorized to manage. Keep account details accurate and your login private.

Your records and decisions

You retain rights in the information you provide. You allow Ziziba and the service providers needed to operate it to process that information for the functions you request, as described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for checking quantities, amounts, dates and other details before saving.

AI assistance

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Proposed farm changes need your confirmation. Ziziba is not a substitute for qualified veterinary, agronomic, financial or legal advice, and does not guarantee production, profit or other outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or expose someone else’s private information without authority. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security risks.

Availability and future features

The service can change or experience interruptions. Features marked as planned are not available commitments or delivery guarantees. No pricing or subscription commitments are made on this page; any future paid offering should be reviewed on its own stated terms before purchase.

Closing an account

Contact +254 725 345 345 for account closure or data requests. Deleting a conversation does not delete farm records. Keep copies of information you need before requesting deletion.
